Description
The dump semi trailer (tipper semi trailer) is special engineering transport semi trailer integrating heavy load carrying and automatic unloading function, mainly used for transporting sand, gravel, ore, earthwork and construction waste in mines, quarries and infrastructure construction sites. Relying on hydraulic multi stage lifting cylinder, the cargo box can realize rear tipping dumping action without manual unloading labor. Main frame and tipper cargo box adopt high manganese wear resistant steel plate to resist continuous abrasion and impact from granular mineral materials. Reinforced heavy duty axle and heavy load suspension system are configured to adapt severe working conditions of mining area. Hydraulic power is obtained from tractortruck power take off output. Large diameter multi stage hydraulic cylinder ensures stable and safe lifting movement under full load status.
