The SHACMAN Light truck X9 4×2 road sweeper truck is multi functional municipal cleaning special purpose vehicle refitted based on X9 light truck chassis, integrating road sweeping, dust suction and water spray dust suppression functions into one complete unitSHACMAN GR.... This sweeper vehicle is equipped with 4 sets of rotating sweeping brushes, high power suction fan assembly, 4 cubic meter dust bin and matched water spray system. It can complete cleaning work for dust, fallen leaves, sand and scattered small garbage on urban roads, township streets, factory plant roads and parking lots. While sweeping operation proceeds, water spray nozzles spray fine water mist to restrain secondary dust raising. Its gross vehicle weight reaches 8200 kg.
Power system configuration adopts YUCHAI YCY24160 60 160 horsepower diesel engine mated with 6 speed manual gearbox. Power take off provides power source for sweeping brushes, suction fan and water spray pump. X9 single row cabin supports optional air conditioning installation for driver comfort improvement during long time continuous sanitation operation. Compact whole vehicle outline secures good passing ability on narrow town and community roads.
