Description
Bulk cement tank semi trailer is powder material special purpose semi trailer, mainly used for pneumatic transportation of bulk cement, fly ash and other dry powdery building materials. Tank body adopts large capacity horizontal or V shape sealed pressure tank. Fluidized bed structure is arranged at tank bottom. Equipped with air compressor power unit, compressed air enters tank to fluidize powder material, then materials can be discharged through discharge pipeline by pneumatic pressure without manual unloading work. 3 axle heavy duty chassis, leaf spring suspension and ABS braking system are standard configurations. This semi trailer must connect with tractortruck for road travelling, and air compressor can be driven by tractor power take off or independent diesel engine.
