The Shacman L3000 Garbage Compactor Truck is a medium-duty waste-management vehicle designed for the efficient collection and compaction of municipal, commercial, and residential refuse. Based on Shacman’s dependable L3000 chassis, it pairs a high-compression hydraulic system with a compact 4×2 drivetrain and a 14–16 cbm capacity, making it highly effective on narrow urban streets and in densely populated communities. Aimed at emerging markets across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America, the truck balances payload efficiency—up to 12 tons—with low operating costs.

High-Energy Compression System:
Fitted with a dual-cylinder hydraulic compactor, the L3000 achieves a 3–4:1 compression ratio, cutting waste volume by as much as 75% and maximizing payload on every trip. Its automated loading mechanism—available with rear- or side-loader options—can handle 240L–1,100L trash bins, with a loading cycle of roughly 45 seconds per bin. This makes it well suited to high-frequency collection routes.
Compact Design for Narrow Roads:
Thanks to its 4×2 drivetrain and a turning radius of ≤8.5m, the truck can move easily through residential alleys and busy urban areas, while its 2500mm width allows it to fit standard municipal road lanes.
A rearview camera and proximity sensors further improve safety when maneuvering in tight spaces near pedestrians or buildings.
